Boron Carbide Nozzle |
6.4mm or 9mm |
Minimum Requirement |
5 HP Air Compressor |
This Suction Blast Gun is the easiest to use. Just attached the compressed air to the Gun and turn the Ball Valve on.
TECH-1 may look small but is very powerful as compared to the other suction blast guns.
All spare parts can be replaceable, making it more affordable in the long run.

Operating Instructions:
For Normal usage, the best results are obtained with a working Pressure of 80 PSI. This pressure may be adjusted depending on the type of work being done on and the surface finishing required.
Care should be taken in clearing any blockage; from the suction hose or nozzle; by blowing back through the gun. It is recommended that a protective glove be worn.
The Nozzle provided with the blast gun is easily removed for inspection. This should be done at regular intervals, as in any abrasives operation, wear must take place. If the worn nozzle is not replaced, this will cause the air jet to wear too and ultimately the main gun body.
Under normal operating conditions, the nozzle should last approximately 50 hours of continuous blasting (Boron Carbide Nozzle). The nozzle and air jet can be changed to achieve different types of blasting effect. The bigger the orifice the wider the spread of the blasting pattern.
